Our customers share samples or technical drawings related to the product, for which akuminum injection moulding production shall be made; in some cases, they tell us about the product in their dreams. We combine the desires of our customers with our specialty and complete sample design process. After sample design process, we get to aluminum injection mould design stage. Design and production planning of aluminum injection moulds specified as Vacuumed/Non-Vacuumed are carried out in our machines of state of the art technology product. Manufacturing process starts after this stage. Proofs, measurement (cmm) controls, pore and burr controls of our aluminum injection moulds produced are performed by our quality department and they are delivered to our customers with the instruction books.
